Not Just Bro’s Catering – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date.
Events are not confirmed until the deposit is received and agreement is signed.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made:
14+ days prior: Any payments beyond deposit may be refunded.
7–13 days prior: 50% of total balance may be retained.
Less than 7 days prior: Full payment is non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.

3. Guest Count & Final Numbers
Final guest count must be provided 7 days prior to the event.
This number will be used for final billing and cannot be reduced after submission.
Any increase in guest count may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Menu & Service Details
Menu selections must be finalized at least 7 days prior to the event.
We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value due to seasonal or supply issues.
Special dietary requests must be communicated in advance; we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

5. Service Time & Overtime
Service duration will be outlined in your agreement.
Overtime will be billed at an hourly rate if service exceeds agreed time.
Client is responsible for ensuring event runs on schedule.

6. Setup, Access & Site Requirements
Client must provide:
Adequate space for setup and service
Safe and accessible location for our food trailer or equipment
Necessary permits or approvals if required by venue or municipality
Additional fees may apply for:
Difficult access
Long distances from parking to service area
Stairs or unusual setup conditions

7. Food Safety & Liability
Once food service has begun, Not Just Bro’s Catering is not responsible for food left unattended or improperly stored.
We are not liable for any food consumed after service has ended.
Client assumes responsibility for any guest food allergies unless previously communicated.

8. Equipment & Damages
Any equipment provided by Not Just Bro’s Catering remains our property.
Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment caused by guests or venue conditions.

9. Alcohol Service
Not Just Bro’s Catering does not provide alcohol.

10. Payment Terms
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

11. Weather & Force Majeure
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.
Client is responsible for providing adequate shelter if needed.
Not Just Bro’s Catering is not liable for delays or cancellations due to:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Other events beyond our control

12. Insurance & Licensing
We operate in compliance with all local health department regulations.
Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
Guests become unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive
Conditions pose a risk to staff or equipment

14. Agreement
By booking with Not Just Bro’s Catering, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
